If we go back thousands of years when man had no supermarkets and no packaged goods but just simple food then we can relate that to how we should be eating in the 21st century. Back then man would eat food straight from the fruit trees, vegetables that have no chemicals in the soil and free of pesticide spray. Men and women would have been much healthier as they would have also had to work hard to gather their food and we all know that exercise is a vital part of healthy living. 

Instead of buying your vegetables from the supermarket which are usually full of chemicals and pesticides consider taking a visit to your small local fresh fruit & vegetable store. Not all of these small fresh fruit & vegetable stores are are that much better as many of them still buy their stock from the same growers as the supermarket chains. The best way to judge if the produce is free from toxins & chemicals is to take it in your hand and take a look at the produce.


Simple eye care tips - Do take care of your ornament

Eyes are most important features are human being, and it is very important to take care of eyes. We are punishing the eyes by working long hours of working in front of computers, watching TV for many hours etc. Yes we need to give rest to our eyes. Here are some simple tips, hope it will help.

Take sufficient water intake every day: About 70% of human body make up for water. Replenishing water content is very important, which can help and avoid our eyes to go dry, sore and tired.

Giving sufficient rest: It is always good and advisable for our eyes to give necessary required rest every day.

Give gaps in your work: It must be very helpful if you give intervals between your continuous work, particularly the work in front of computer.


Use of Sun Glasses: Avoid exposing your eyes from sunlight, use of good sun glasses can stop your eyes from damage of UV rays.

Washing eyes with cold water: Try to wash your eyes with cold water on regular intervals. It helps to control burning eye issue and keep your eyes clean, your eyes will not feel tired.

On very fine morning after having sufficient sleep of about seven hours, when you go for walking, morning walk a brisk walk of about 50-55 minutes. Bath - Shower. Which is best?

The decision to use a bath or shower is entirely yours. I am just here to point out the various advantages of each method.
Firstly - Which method uses the most water?
Well this depends on the length of shower and the flow of the water. Bath usually require between 30 and 50 gallons of water. Therefore in order to save water the length of shower (x), multiplied by the flow of water(y) must be less than the amount of water used in the bath i.e. x*y (minutes/gallons) <gallon in bath. I have usually found that a shower uses less water.
Secondly Relaxing or Invigorating.
Showers are considered an invigorating method of body cleansing and possibly suited to a morning rather than an evening. The shower will wake a person up making them more apt to deal with the forthcoming day in a refreshed mood. Baths are known to have a more relaxing influence, therefore being a more nighttime activity, preparing the user for relaxing evenings in front of the TV and bedtime sleeping. As I have said before it is entirely up to the user of the bath/shower when they feel it is appropriate for the cleansing. If the bather works night shifts, their arrangements may be entirely different.
Thirdly Cleanliness.
I personal have always considered shower to be more cleansing, for the simple fact that in a bath you are sat in water which will contain the dirt from your own body. It may also contain the dirt of anybody who is sharing the bath with you. However the bath will give a good soak and loosen any dirt hiding deep within the pores other considerations. Baths are very handy for the people with rubber ducks and singing in the bath preferable to singing in the shower. Showers are handier for reaching shampoos and soaps, especially if they are handily placed. I hope this article has been some help to you.
