Yes, it can be your pleasure !


On very fine morning after having sufficient sleep of about seven hours, when you go for walking, morning walk a brisk walk of about 50-55 minutes. After lots of hard work and burning many calories at the time when you are totally exhausted and tired. You may be thinking a time to go to bed again have some more sleep or at least relax of one or two hours. would be a great pleasure. And real enjoyment for you.

Wait, before that try a barefoot slow walk in garden. Green and soft grass, good weather and slow breeze, listening to your favorite music on iPod. It would be a treat for you, soft and cool grass, it is like the grass is giving slow massage treatment to your foot, a cold and soft touch of grass with a combination of iPod.
